How it works
1.
Appointed Representative
Run your own Limited Company but with all of the permissions, systems and support that BIZL provides. You’ll earn a generous 70% commission.

Employed broker
Work directly for BIZL as an employee. You’ll earn a basic salary plus an attractive commission.

looking to bring in an outstanding Commercial and/or Property Finance Broker.
You
You will be values-driven. First and foremost, you’ll share our beliefs that we should serve our
customers consistently well. You’ll be straight-forward, open and honest.
You get a real buzz from speaking to and engaging with people. Your natural instincts are to
influence, sell, do business.
You know your stuff. You’re experienced in business development within specialist property finance
and/or commercial finance. This will include one or more of: commercial mortgages; business loans;
invoice/trade finance; asset finance; development finance; bridging finance; residential
investment/buy-to-let lending; commercial investment lending.
You know that to win you’ll need a wide pool of trusted introducers – bank relationship managers,
mortgage brokers, accountants, estate agents and the like. You also know what a good deal looks
and you’re smart when it comes to knowing what to pursue and what to pass on.
You know what to do when it comes to presenting a deal to an underwriter as you’re probably a
broker by trade or have worked for a lender before. You know there’ll be plenty of obstacles to
getting a deal over the line, but you’re tenacious, persuasive and driven.

- Leveraging relationships with your introducers
- Originating new lending opportunities
- Assessing applications
- Packaging documents
- Approaching lenders for Agreements in Principle and Underwritten offers
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including robust use of BIZL’s CRM system to document customer interactions
- Managing applications to completion
